Where is Floor 13 located?

Floor 13 Rooftop Bar is located inside Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Downtown at Central Avenue and Monroe Street, just steps from the Phoenix Convention Center, Mortgage Matchup Center, Chase Field, and Arizona Financial Theatre. Take the elevator up, and we'll meet you above the city lights.

There are also several self-parking garages and lots within walking distance.

Reservations are highly encouraged, especially on weekends and during downtown events. Walk-ins are always welcome based on availability.

Our largest table accommodates up to 10 guests. Multiple tables may be reserved, but we cannot guarantee they will be seated together.

What if I'm running late?

We'll hold your table for up to 10 minutes. After that, your reservation may be released, and the food and beverage minimum will be charged.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation time will be charged the full food and beverage minimum.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted. You're welcome to bring small decorations or balloons, but all items must be removed when your event concludes.

What happens if it rains?

Arizona doesn't make it a habit, but if the weather doesn't cooperate, we'll gladly help reschedule your reservation or cancel it without penalty.
